Shipping

Standard shipping is provided via UPS Ground Service, or through an arranged freight carrier for items over 150 pounds. Any shipping method or shipping options desired by the customer can be requested at the time of order placement (Next Day Air, FedEx, United States Postal Service, etc.).

Free shipping offers from both the Marin Restaurant Supply website and the Dvorson's website include free shipping on that item to Continental United States destinations only. Additional shipping charges may apply for destinations outside of the Continental United States (a free shipping credit will be applied to any additional shipping fees). Customers with shipping destinations outside of the Continental United States will be contacted immediately with a revised shipping fee before the order is processed.

Returns

The standard return policy for items purchased from Marin Restaurant Supply presented by Dvorson's is as follows. Returns or exchanges for defective or damaged items must be initiated within 21 days of the shipping date for the order, or 21 days from the store pick-up date. A minimum restocking fee of 15% will apply to any authorized returns of non-defective products. Orders cancelled within 5 business days of order date may be subject to a 3% processing fee. Orders cancelled after five days of the order date may be subject to a 13% fee.


Tips on Receiving your Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery and notify carrier of any visible damage to boxes before signing the delivery receipt.
