The Wolf Teppanyaki griddle is built tough with stainless steel fronts, sides and troughs. Its circular center burner delivers a powerful 30,000 BTUs to its 3/4" highly-polished steel griddle plate. Specially designed for the Japanese steakhouse! Reliable cooking in a fast-paced environment.
