"Teppanyaki" is derived from the word "teppan" which means "iron plate", and "yaki" translates to "grilled". Put it together and it adds up to a delicious dining experience accompanied by the skill and showmanship of expert Teppanyaki chefs that make the Japanese steakhouse experience second to none.

The Wolf Teppanyaki griddle is built tough with stainless steel fronts, sides and troughs. Its circular center burner delivers a powerful 30,000 BTUs to its 3/4" highly-polished steel griddle plate. Specially designed for the Japanese steakhouse! Reliable cooking in a fast-paced environment.
