Thermostat for Griddle or Griddle Section, with Dial and Bezel (not shown).
This kit includes the replacement griddle thermostat body and the appropriate replacement dial and bezel ring too.
150° to 400°F - HI temperature range.
1/4" NPT outlet
36" capillary length
3/16" x 8" body
For Wolf griddle models Hi Boy TG, Pro TG, STG, GG,RTG, MTG
For Griddle Sections on Commander model series F,FS, XF, XS, where applicable.
For Griddle Sections on Wolf Challenger model series CH, CHSS, KCH, KCHSS, R (Challenger R series commercial units only), where applicable.
