Berkel's new X13-PLUS (featured) and X13A are the next generation of professional slicers. Designed using the latest technology in motion, geometry, energy and hygenics, the X series gives operators what they need.

Manual gravity feed slicer with 13" stainless steel knife, gauge plate interlock, table mounted sharpener, 3 stroke lengths, 3 stroke speeds, permanent knife guard, controls located out of drip zone, kick stand and product fence. Permanently lubricated ball bearing motor with thermal protection. LED indicator.
