Oven Shut Off Valve for Wolf Range Cooking Equipment (commercial and residential series shut off valve knob/dial)

Dimensions: 2-1/2" x 1-1/2"

Dark maroon red with Wolf "W" logo and set screw

Please Note: Old style of this knob with s-shape has been discontinued and is no longer available from Wolf Range

Also fits early Wolf Gourmet Series Residential Ranges in "A" series for Oven Knob Only (oven shut off valve)
